Quail Creek is one of the state’s largest and most established neighborhoods. While the neighborhood originally dates to the 1960s, there are also sections that were not fully developed until the 1990s. More recently, existing homes are being demolished to make way for new construction. Quail Creek stretches from May Avenue to Hefner Parkway (east to west) and Hefner Road to Memorial Road (south to north). This two square mile area is home to Quail Creek Elementary School, Parks, and Quail Creek Golf Country Club. Home prices range from $300,000 to $1 million.
